After staying committed to your fitness goal for some time, you will notice a change in your energy and happiness levels. Those sluggish days will be far behind you, leaving more time to love life!
Best of all (and what may appear most obvious), as a result, you get fit! Accomplishing your goals is incredibly rewarding.
