DIY Petite Easter Planters April 11 2017
A sweet and simple DIY to have you feeling festive
With the continuous displays of bunny-shaped chocolates, pastel colour palettes and an array of tulips, it's hard to avoid the fact that Easter is just around the corner.
Whether you are planning a family function or you just want to add a little pastel decor to your desk, these petite Easter planters are sure to have you feeling festive!
Here's what you'll need:
- Large plastic Easter eggs
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Hexagon tiles
- Potting soil
Let's get started!
Break apart the top from the bottom of the plastic egg (you will only need the bottom).
Colour the rim of the plastic egg with the metallic pen. If desired, also colour the hexagon tile. Let dry.
Glue plastic egg to hexagon tile. Let dry.
Place succulents and potting soil into the plastic egg.
Enjoy your colourful and oh-so-festive petite planters and soak in all that is Easter!
Once they've had their time to shine, you can replant your succulents in a large planter together or enjoy them each of them separately in their own planters.
