Hillberg & Berk offers FREE shipping on all online purchases within Canada and the United States.
Order Processing Times:
Orders placed with Canada Post Expedited Parcel will be processed and shipped within three (3) business days (unless otherwise notified). FedEx International Economy, Canada Post Xpresspost, and Canada Post Priority Post orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 12pm CST will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm CST, on a statutory holiday, or on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
Order Tracking Information:
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been successfully placed. If you need to adjust your online order, please contact our Client Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Adjustments to orders must be made within one (1) hour of placing order. Please ensure the shipping address is correct, as once the item has been dispatched we cannot redirect the order. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your invoice and tracking number. We recommend saving the tracking number. Once the shipping confirmation email is sent, changes can no longer be made to orders.
All Canada Post shipments require a signature at the time of delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the package will be held for pick-up and you will be notified by a placard at your home. Please note, FedEx International Economy cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

*Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Hillberg & Berk orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and may be collected by the individual destination country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel; Hillberg & Berk has no control over these fees and charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's specific customs policies.
Return for full refund within seven (7) days and store credit within 14 days of receipt. Please click here to submit a request to return your online order. Please note for requested returns or exchanges outside of Canada, the return shipping charge is the responsibility of the client.
Products received as a gift may be returned for store credit with a valid gift receipt. Gift receipts are valid for 45 days after purchase. Please note, the return shipping charge is the responsibility of the client.
Once your request is submitted, a member of our online team will be in touch with further instructions. Please note, product must be in original condition and online orders cannot be returned in-store. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Material & Care Information
We recommend storing silver and gold jewellery in an airtight container between wears. It is important never to spray chemicals while wearing jewellery. Instead, spray all personal products on and allow to dry thoroughly before putting on jewellery. Polish tarnished silver jewellery with a soft, treated cloth rather than abrasive dipping solutions. Clean silver near gemstones with a toothbrush and toothpaste. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Please treat your Hillberg & Berk jewellery, especially Swarovski crystal and semi-precious gemstones, with the utmost care. Clean gemstones using a soft, untreated cloth. Do not sleep or exercise in your Sparkle Ball™ jewellery and always keep them free from moisture, including showers, hot tubs, and beauty products.
Due to the individual nature of semi-precious stones, each piece of stone jewellery is unique, just like you. Stones will differ from piece to piece and may have inclusions, fissures or imperfections. These are natural and add to the unique beauty of each piece.

Hillberg & Berk Sparkle Balls™ are made with hand-set crystals in a clay base. This construction gives Sparkle Balls™ their beautiful symmetry and lustre, but also means that they should stay away from liquids, including showers, hot tubs and beauty products.
Hillberg & Berk Collection Warranty
We see every piece of Hillberg & Berk handcrafted jewellery as an investment. We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects on all of our collection jewellery, not including cosmetic damage, water damage or normal wear. Warranty does not cover lost or stolen pieces. Should you encounter a defect or design flaw, return the piece to us for repair or replacement by calling Hillberg & Berk at 1.888.997.3095 or email email@example.com for return authorization.
Sparkle Collection Warranty
Hillberg & Berk offers warranty against manufacturer's defects for one year from date of purchase with proof of receipt or Sparkle warranty card—not including cosmetic damage, water damage or normal wear. Warranty does not cover lost or stolen pieces. Return to point of purchase or contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions, such as exposure to liquids, including showers, hot tubs and beauty products, will void Sparkle Collection Warranty.
