In addition, you can bring in your H&B jewelry to be cleaned or repaired. We are also happy to tailor our bracelets to give you the perfect fit. If you’ve changed your mind about a previous purchase, we can help you process a return or exchange.
Lucky for you, almost all of our products are available in store! The only products that are online exclusive will be marked with an Online Only badge on our website. Product availability varies by store location.
Absolutely! BerkPerks points can be earned and redeemed in store and online.
Of course! Bring in your product and we will have a look. If it is eligible for replacement and we have the exact item available, we will process the claim directly in-store. Otherwise, we will ship a replacement directly to you from our head office. Please remember to bring your proof of purchase (ie. receipt) and the jewelry item. Please bring both earrings if you need an earring replacement. Alternatively, you can also contact client care to begin the warranty process.
